About Us
Up 4It Outdoors Ltd (MentroMorAMynydd Cyf) are Coasteering specialists based in Snowdonia and operate from both there and on the Isle of Anglesey. We offer outdoor adventure activities to schools, associations, families and individuals. As an Adventure Activities Licensing Authority provider, we provide Coasteering, Gorge Walking, Canoeing, Navigation courses (NNAS Bronze & Silver), Guided Mountain Walks (Snowdon, etc.), and other activities.
We also offer corporate and team building days that promote and develop critical interpersonal skills using the outdoors. Our expertise and local knowledge have also been utilized for several media productions.
Dilwyn Sanderson-Jones and Richard Phillip Williams are the company's owners and directors, and run the activities offered. Dilwyn Sanderson-Jones GCGI spent more than 20 years in the Royal Air Force, nine of those in the Royal Air Force Mountain Rescue Service. He led numerous expeditions both within the UK and abroad during military service, including excursions to the Alps and Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
Having served in the Royal Air Force Mountain Rescue Service for over 20 years, Richard Phillip Williams has been on overseas expeditions to the Himalayas, French, Swiss, Spanish, Norwegian, and Iceland.
