The activity of coasteering was pioneered in St David's and has grown to be one of the fastest-growing water-based activities in the UK. But what is coasteering? The official National Coasteering Charter's description is "traversing along the coastline where the sea meets the land". You might ask, "great, but what does it involve?" It is a guided adventure around the coastline, exploring caves, coves, blowholes and lagoons. You will have the opportunity to jump off and climb over rugged natural rock formations, as well as swim from point to point, which is certain to get your adrenaline pumping.
