We're a close-knit group of friends who love working together and creating unforgettable adventures for everyone. Humans are at the centre of everything that we do. Our full-time team is reinforced by around 35 enthusiastic outdoor guides that help us throughout Spring, Summer and Autumn each year. There is no doubt that our seasonal instructors are some of the best in the industry.
We are located in Swanage, right on the coast of Dorset, which is a great place to live, work and play. We have pop-up bases in Devon, South Wales, and Snowdonia, excellent for Challenge Weeks and Outdoor Instructor Training. Most of our time is spent outdoors, jumping in the sea, hiking in the woods, exploring hills or playing on the sea cliffs.
Coasteering has to be one of, if not the best, adventure activities you can do on the South Coast. With our home, Sunny Swanage only 35 minutes drive away from Bournemouth and 2.5 hours from London, you can be jumping, swimming and scrambling with us in no time.
